OK! So, I just finished writing one blog, but then a whole different series of thoughts came to my mind just now!!! I love the things I learn in this class SO much as I said because it feels so much like it did on the mission when I learned to understand somewhat to a small degree how people behave, why, and how to perceive different methods and techniques.
I've come to realize, for me at least, that this class is just as if it were my RMTC! The Returned Missionary Training Center!!! It's seriously helping me how to learn to understand and deal with all different kinds of people and how to better interact with them, understand them, and overall of course communicate with them and I have a SERIOUSLY hard time trying to do that sometimes! All too often I either talk too much and don't get my point across in the end anyways because the listener gets too bored because I'm trying to explain my point of view or reasoning so the listener understands, or knowing that I do this already, I am FREQUENTLY interrupted. By frequently interrupted, I mean several times DAILY. I'm horrible at planning or actively participating in social events or gatherings and I feel a lot of it was because I was so sheltered as a child.
As such, this class is really helping me get back used to the environment of social gatherings around me while at the same time helping me understand it like I never even did in the first place before! Thanks everyone!
